A New Vision for You!

Creating a  vision

Here’s a simple ritual for those of you who are interested in creating a better vision for yourselves.

The Intentions are from Louise Hay

Creating a new vision requires us to let go of any beliefs and thoughts that don’t support the vision or You right now and add some new intentions into your process.

It’s necessary to learn to relax before you can solve your problems.

On the other hand, we mostly just wish that if only you we could solve our problems, we could relax.

Sadly it doesn’t work that way.

In order to take the pressure off, you need to make space in your heart for other possibilities to happen.

The point of power is in the present moment, and you can begin to make a shift today.

Take some deep breaths; close your eyes and simply let yourself be where you are right now. Be willing to release the need to try and fix anything. Allow your breathing just be the way it wants to be.

1. For the next week, I invite you to carry a timer with you. Set it for every half hour. When it rings, take three very deep, slow breaths, and silently say to yourself: All is well. All is well. All is well.

2. Repeat this affirmation every morning in your daily meditations or quiet time: “I am willing to release the need for _______ in my life. I release it now and trust in the process of life to meet my needs.”

3. A prayer for Being in the Moment
I claim high self-worth and self-esteem for myself.
I love and appreciate myself on every level.
No matter what my past may have been, now in this moment I choose to eliminate all negative self-talk and to love and approve of myself.
I am my own unique self, and I rejoice in who I am. I am acceptable, lovable, and Divinely inspired.
I live in a loving, abundant, harmonious universe, and I am grateful.
This is the truth of my being, and I accept it as so. All is well in my world.

4. Journal in the morning and evening, just a few words about what you notice during the day as you engage in the above practices.  Slowly and surely, the longer you do these practices, the more ideas and inspiration for your vision will show up for you.

Wishing you Space to Thrive, and Grace to guide you this week.
