Lucinda is a Canadian Reiki Association (CRA) Registered teacher and Practitioner. Allof my workshops exceed the standards of the CRA. You will receive a complete manual at each Level and a professional Certificate upon completion.

Each of my certified classes are recognized by The Ontario College of Massage Therapists and count as 5 CEU’s for RMT’s
Level 1: - The Reiki channel is opened for you so you can begin healing on yourself and those around you
Note: After this class I offer each of the students an opportunity to return for a second shorter class for recap and practice of the Level I training. This will be arranged separately and at no extra cost to yourself.
Level 2: – The symbols are taught to increase your energy flow and focus – for Distance and Emotional Mental healing
Master Reiki Level: – You are stepping onto the path of Enlightenment (Satori) and will learn how to teach and pass along this healing art – More here
Note: When only one or two students are registered at any one time, this workshop can be divided into shorter sessions to accommodate personal schedules.
Reiki Level One ~ One Day Workshop
Learn all you need to give others and especially your Self a full Reiki treatment. You will receive a series of Reiju (attunements) to empower you to be a Reiki channel; and after one day with Reiki Master, Lucinda Pollit you will delight yourself in being able to help your friends and loved ones.
Your Learning will include
* The history of Reiki
* The five Reiki principles
* Importance of ethics in healing
* How your energy works and why we get sick
* Hand positions for treating yourself and others
* How to use Reiki in other ways in your life
The first Class is approximately 6 hours in length. A second practice class (approx 3 hrs practical) will be arranged at a later date, according to the class participants schedules. Plenty of time is set aside for practical practice; using hand positions for self-healing and those for healing others.
You will receive a full and complete Reiki Level I manual and embossed certificate stating you are a Reiki Level I certified Practitioner.
You will also be provided with all the information you need concerning membership and obtaining Registered Practitioner designation in the Canadian Reiki Association.

Reiki Level II ~ One day Class
Pre-requisite for the Reiki Level One
Your Reiki Level I certificate or a photocopy of it for my records. You do not have to have taken Level I with me in order to participate in this class. It will be helpful to you, to review your Level I notes prior to this class.
Learn to channel more energy for Emotional Mental healing and distance healing in this one day class
In this interactive workshop you will receive Second Level Reiju (attunements) and be given the sacred symbols to increase the power of your healings, send distance healing and help release emotional blocks. This is a powerful healing class that offers more insight, love and knowledge to apply not only to your self, but also others.
Your learning will include
* How to channel more energy to do distance healing.
* Learning the sacred Reiki symbols o focus your healing power
* Working with the subconscious and the emotions
* Practicing distance healing
* Energy healing techniques to enhance your practice
Plenty of time is set aside for practical practice; using hand positions for self-healing and those for healing others.
You will receive a full and complete Reiki Level I manual and embossed certificate stating you are a Reiki Level II certified Practitioner.
You will also be provided with all the information you need concerning membership and obtaining Registered Practitioner designation in the Canadian Reiki Association.

Reiki Master Class
In this two day course you will learn how to teach and pass along this gentle, beautiful healing art
Pre-requisite are Reiki Level I and II certification
Your Reiki Level I &II certificate or a photocopy of it for my records. You do not have to have taken the previous two Levels with me, in order to participate in this class. It will however be helpful to you, to review your Level I & II notes prior to this class.
Reiki Master is the highest Level in the Usui Shiki Ryoho system of Reiki. As a Master Reiki Teacher you are committing to Reiki as a way of being; to Reiki as a way of life. This includes passing on that knowledge through teaching others. You learn to connect and resonate with consciousness in the higher dimension. As you allow your own wisdom to guide you in accepting the energy to heal yourself you will become a more effective healer. As you develop yourself, not only are you helping others, but you will become more receptive to healing energies and your personal healing will be accelerated.
In this two day hands-on workshop your learning will include
* A recap of Levels One and Two in preparation for your own teaching
* Receiving the Master symbols and Master Reiju (attunements)
* You will be taught the different attunements for each Level so you can open others to channeling Reiki
* Writing an outline for your class manuals and receive feedback
* The Ascension attunement
* Advanced Reiki Meditation
Plenty of time is set aside for learning and practice of the attunement processes and for discussion of what it means to become a Reiki Master. As there is a great deal of material to cover in this Reiki Master/Teacher training, it is an intensive course, requiring some study and practice outside the workshop setting.
You will receive a full and complete Reiki Level I manual and embossed certificate stating you are a Reiki Level II certified Practitioner.
You will also be provided with all the information you need concerning membership and obtaining Registered Practitioner designation in the Canadian Reiki Association.
